Application Areas of PS Sheets

Main Application Areas

**Advertising and Display**: Used in the production of light boxes, billboards, display stands, POP ads, and window displays. Its excellent light transmittance, ease of cutting, and heat bending make it ideal for these applications.

**Electronics and Electrical Devices**: Used in manufacturing connectors, switches, casings, lamp shades, and dashboards. Its superior high-frequency insulation properties and dimensional stability are key advantages in this field.

**Packaging Industry**: Used for food containers, pallets, and transparent packaging boxes. Some types, such as PS foam boards, are also used for cushioning purposes in packaging.

**Building Decoration**: Used as seismic isolation materials, interior decoration panels, and insulation materials (especially expandable PS). These products meet architectural industry standards like JC/T992-2006.

**Optics and Lighting**: PS diffuser sheets are used in LED lighting and LCD-TV backlight units, helping to transform point light sources into uniform surface light.

**Automotive Components**: Used in manufacturing interior components like wiper brackets and mirror supports, as well as exterior components like corner grilles and electrical connectors.

**Mechanical Equipment**: Used in gears, cams, buttons, and electronic device casings among other mechanical parts.

**Printing Plates**: PS plates (pre-coated photosensitive plates) are used in offset printing. Although they’re made of metal, their name includes “PS”, so it’s important to distinguish them accordingly.
