Advantages of SPC flooring
High environmental safety and durability.
The base material is composed of stone powder and polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which are bonded together under high temperature. This composition does not contain any glue or formaldehyde, thus meeting international environmental standards such as ISO14001. The flooring can be installed immediately and ready for use.
In the presence of heat (for example, in a underfloor heating system), no harmful gases are released, making it superior to traditional wooden flooring.
Excellent waterproof and moisture-resistant properties.
The water absorption rate is less than 0.1%, meaning that water stains cannot penetrate the material. This makes it ideal for humid areas such as kitchens and bathrooms; the flooring does not mold or deform.
High wear resistance and longevity.
The surface’s UV coating provides a wear resistance of 6,000–20,000 revolutions per pass (far exceeding the 2,000–3,000 revolutions per pass of wooden flooring). It is resistant to scratches and heavy pressures, with a lifespan of over 20 years.
Easy to install and maintain.
The locking system allows for glue-free installation, enabling the flooring to be laid directly on tile or concrete surfaces, thus saving on labor costs.
Regular cleaning with clean water is sufficient; there is no need for waxing or other maintenance procedures.
Functional advantages:
Good anti-slip properties: The friction increases when wet, meeting the European R9 anti-slip standard, making it suitable for homes with elderly or children.
Excellent thermal conductivity: Compatible with underfloor heating systems, ensuring even heat distribution.
